How to use this assessment

To use DIADS, you will need to answer a series of questions. You will see three different types of responses to these questions, indicated by what are called radio buttons, check boxes, and text fields. At the end of each series of questions you must click on a continue button to get feedback. Each type of response is illustrated below:

Radio buttons

When you are presented with radio buttons, you may only choose one option, by clicking in the circles next to the responses.

In The Wizard of Oz, Dorothy lived in:

Texas
Kansas
California
Kalamazoo

Check boxes

When you are presented with check boxes, you may choose as many options as you like, by clicking in the boxes next to the responses.

After arriving in Oz, Dorothy travelled with:

a Wookie
a Tin Man
a Scarecrow
the Warner Brothers
a Cowardly Lion
a group of Munchkins

Text fields

When you are presented with a text field, you will need to do two things. First, double-click inside the box, and then type in a response.

What was the name of Dorothy's dog?

Continue buttons

When you have finished answering each item on the page, click on the continue button to send the information. Be sure to answer every question before doing so, or you may get inaccurate results. This particular continue button will return you to the page you came from.
